Aaron Talbert & Maggie TothAaron, originally from Georgia (the state, not the country!) began dancing while studying at the University of Georgia. Growing up playing sports and music lead to an easy transition first into social dancing and then competitive dancing. After graduating with a degree in Economics, Aaron became the managing director of a local dance studio as well as director of their ballroom formation team. In 2009 Aaron moved to Boston, MA to join the team at Supershag Dance Studios.
Maggie started her dance training in Hungary when she was 9. She competed for many years in Standard and Latin, eventually becoming the Hungarian Youth Latin Champion. At the age of 16 she moved to Budapest and started competing internationally. Maggie was then invited to attend the Hungarian Dance Academy on a scholarship. In 2012 she moved to the United States to begin working for Supershag Dance Studios in Boston, MA. Since arriving in the US Maggie began training in American smooth.
Aaron and Maggie began competing together in January of 2017. Both Aaron and Maggie are certified through and members of the US Terpsichore Association in smooth and rhythm. Aaron has also received his Standard certification through the United Kingdom Alliance of Teachers of Dancing. Based out of Supershag Dance Studios in Boston, MA, they currently are dancing in the American Smooth division.
