Nikita Grygorchuk and Naomi Spektor is a top USA U21 couple in Latin American division. Nikita is originally from Ukraine, found his passion for ballroom dancing when his parents took him for lessons as a little boy. He continued to pursue his love for dancing as he was growing up and eventually moved to dance in the United States, where he met Naomi. Naomi, originally from Pennsylvania, started dancing at the age of two at her uncle’s studio. She fell in love with it instantly and decided that dancing is where her heart belongs. Outside of dancing Nikita really enjoys outdoor activities, especially fishing and Naomi pursuing her bachelor degree in Communication at the Arizona State University.
Nikita and Naomi started dancing together in January of 2019 and became United States National Champions in Youth Latin and Vice-Champions in U21 Latin just six weeks later. Nikita and Naomi won most major North American competitions in Youth Latin America division in 2019. Based on these outstanding results, they were selected to represent USA in the Youth World Team Match at the 2019 WDC AL World Championship in Dublin, Ireland. At the 2019 WDC AL World Championship, Nikita and Naomi reached a final in Youth Latin and became 5th. They were a highest placed USA couple among Youth and U21 American couples. A week later they traveled to Naples, Italy to WDO World Championship where they became World Champions in Youth U19 Division. During 2020 Nikita and Naomi participated in the WDC AL World Cup and were placed 5th in the World Final in U21 division, they were only American couple that reached a final in U21 division.
In their previous partnerships Nikita is 2018 Embassy Ball Youth Latin Champion, 2018 Ohio Star Ball Youth Latin Champion, 2018 Dutch Open Championship silver medalist in Youth Latin, 2018 WDC AL bronze medalist in Youth Latin.
With her previous partner Naomi is Four Times United States National Champion. She represented USA in multiple World Championships across the World. She won all major USA competitions in Junior and Youth Divisions between 2014 and 2018 and was 2017 World Youth 10 Dances Bronze medalist in St. Petersburg, Russia.
