Roman Kutskyy & Anna Kovalova
Originally from Ukraine, Roman was born and raised in a small Ukrainian city of Smela.
From childhood he was very active and talented in all kinds of sports, so his mother decided to enroll him into dance classes. He loved it from the first minute! He became the Ukrainian Amateur Latin Finalist and winner and finalist of many Ukrainian Competitions.
In 2000 Roman was invited to a famous Ukrainian Dance Theater and he became a soloist after less than a year! He danced and performed in theaters all over the world for seven years. In 2007 Roman received a chance to come to the U.S. to continue his competitive dance career and met Anna Kovalova.
Originally from Donetsk, Ukraine, Anna began dancing at the age of 8. As a Juvenile, Anna was a finalist and winner of many Ukrainian and International Championships. In addition, Anna was the Ukrainian representative at the Blackpool team match in the Juvenile and Junior category. At age 15, Anna was invited to Russia to continue her competitive dancing representing Russia. She became a Moscow Amateur Champion and a Russian Nationals Amateurs Semi-Finalist.
In 2007 she decided to return to Ukraine, and the same year she became the Ukrainian Youth Champion and a Bronze-Medalist of IDSF Youth World Championship 2007. In 2008 Anna moved to U.S.

After two months of dancing together they won their first competition at Embassy Ball 2008 Rising Star Professional Latin. The following week they danced at the United States Nationals 2008 and became Rising Stars Professionals U.S. National Champions 2008.

- Bronze Medalist of Embassy World Cup 2010
- 2 times Finalist of the WDC Asian Tour Taipei Open
- 2 times Champions of Asian Pacific Open Championship in Japan
