Daniele Fulvi & Veronica Criscione

Daniele was born and raised in Rome, Italy, where his parents introduced him to ballroom dancing at the age of 12. What began as a fun hobby quickly became a passion, replacing his childhood dream of becoming a famous soccer player. At 14, he found his first dance partner and began competing nationally and internationally. During his amateur career, Daniele became a four-time Italian Latin Champion, as well as an Italian Ballroom and 10-Dance finalist. At 21, he moved to the United Kingdom, where he lived and trained for five years before returning to Italy. Soon after his return, he met Veronica, and their partnership marked a major turning point in his career as they immediately decided to turn professional. Outside of dancing, Daniele’s favorite passion is cooking, which he enjoys whenever he has the opportunity.  

Veronica was born and raised in Rome, Italy, and began her dance journey at the age of seven with ballet classes. She quickly discovered that dance was her passion and expanded her training into Contemporary, Lyrical Jazz, Hip-Hop, and Ballroom, studying with renowned coaches. After winning and becoming a finalist at numerous national competitions, Veronica received a two-year scholarship to Cinecittà Campus, one of Italy’s prestigious dance schools. The experience allowed her to further develop her skills and led to her selection as a professional dancer on Fame, one of Italy’s most popular television talent shows. After her television experience, Veronica returned her focus fully to dance and eventually met Daniele. Outside the studio, she enjoys creating costumes and practice wear and has a particular passion for makeup and ballroom hair. 

Daniele and Veronica met after Daniele returned to Italy following five years in the UK, and they quickly discovered a strong connection both on and off the dance floor. They began their partnership as amateurs, reaching the finals of major Italian competitions before deciding to turn professional. Their early professional career brought immediate success, including a final at the Italian Professional Latin Championship, a quarterfinal at the Professional Latin World Cup, and a Top 48 finish at the Blackpool Dance Festival. In 2019, they moved to Maryland, USA, where they continue to live, teach, and compete. Today, they compete professionally in American Rhythm and have established themselves as successful competitors across the United States. Their distinctive partnership combines strong technical training with their broad performance backgrounds and a shared commitment to continual growth.
