Returns & Refunds
You can return or exchange the shoes within 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. There are no exceptions.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it:
1. If the stickers are peeled from the bottom, or the suede sole is dirtier than it was when you received the shoes, we cannot take the shoes back.
2. The shoes must be in the original packaging.
3. If you danced in the shoes, we cannot take it back. Please try them on on a clean carpeted surface.
4. We do not take returns on international orders. Returns and exchanges are possible only within United States. Please consider this when placing an order from outside the US and contact us with your concerns prior to submitting the order.
There is a 15% restocking fee for all returns and refunds. No exceptions. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, minus 15%, within a week.
All shoes purchased on sale are not subject to a return, refund, or exchange.
